| Custom Orders: Custom work is not returnable. All custom orders must be prepaid before All Goals starts work on the order. Custom sizing of standard product line carries complete warrantee unless specified by the manufacturer. |
| Shipping: Customer is responsible for inspecting all freight for signs of shortage or damage upon products’ arrival. Any damage or shortage to freight must be noted on the bill of lading before signing. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to report a claim. All Goals, Inc. does not assume responsibility for orders received shorted or damaged that are not indicated as such on the bill of lading. All Goals, Inc. will assist you in any recovery of products lost or damaged during shipping if possible. |
| Warranty: All products manufactured by All Goals, Inc. carry a minimum 90 day warranty. P, PA, PAR, PW, SFC, FB, BBS, RBG, LX & HG series goal posts carry a 4 year warranty against defect in material and workmanship. See dealer for details. The buyer is bound to terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer upon the purchase of any All Goals product. |
| Returns: Returns are accepted on stock items only and only when accompanied with a proper return number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping to and from shipping destination. |
